Post-consumer recycled resin now running in production
PCR resin is processed alongside virgin HDPE on our blow moulding lines, with in-house regrind closing the loop on production waste.
Post-consumer recycled (PCR) resin now runs as a standard input on our blow moulding lines, processed alongside virgin HDPE. Customers moving to recycled-content packaging can specify a PCR ratio and we validate top-load and drop performance before the first commercial run.
Production waste is reground and reprocessed in-house rather than sold on, so the material stays inside our own loop.
The change supports brand owners working towards recycled-content commitments without a change of supplier or tooling.
